Product Judging & Reviews

Our experience with chilli is vast. We estimate that we have tried approximately 8,000+ chilli products in our lifetime. Ranging from hot sauces to spice mixes, curry sauces, oils and many more. We are often invited to judge chilli products that have been entered in to competitions or award schemes. We’re honoured to have worked with the Guild of Fine Food for the past six years helping judge the Great Taste Awards. We’ve also been involved with hot wing judging at festivals, chilli con carne judging with the UK Chilli Cook-Off Association and more.
